1. Permissive Open-Source Licensing
Folix is provided under permissive open-source licenses. You are free to view, edit, modify, merge, split, annotate, and export PDF documents for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
2. Client-Side Execution
All document operations execute directly on your hardware inside your browser engine. Folix does not host, store, replicate, or index any documents processed through the application.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all documents you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess legal rights to inspect, annotate, sign, or redact documents you load into Folix.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
